ECHO BASIN RANCH RULES

1.         No littering PLEASE.
2.         No throwing rocks at buildings or animals.
3.         No swimming or wading in ponds.
4.         All pets must be restrained, or on a leash.
5.         No barking dogs are permitted.
6.         No speeding on Echo Basin Ranch roads.
7.         Fishing is only barbless hooks. Catch and release only.
8.         Parents are responsible for their children’s conduct and safety.
9.         $20.00 cash deposit required to check-out sports equipment.
10.       Quiet time starts @ 10:00PM

RV SITES
1.         Check-in: 1:00PM    Check-out:  12:00PM
2.         Music from restaurant/saloon can be heard in the evenings.
3.         Bag all trash before disposing in receptacles.
4.         Put all fires out completely before retiring.
5.         Sewer donuts are required.
6.         Washing RV’s and other vehicles is prohibited
7.         RV sites are “first-come first-serve.”

CABINS
1.         Check-in: 3:00PM    Check-out:10:00AM
2.         All cabins are non-smoking.
3.         No flushing sanitary products down toilets.
4.         Leave all keys in the cabin at the end of your stay.
5.         Turn thermostat temperature all the way down prior to departing.
6.         Water is very precious in the mountains. Please conserve.
7.         Your water heater is small: Be conservative.
7.         Put towels outside your cabin Before Noon; we will exchange them.
8.         We will not enter your cabin until you depart.
9.         You will be charged for missing or damaged items in your cabin.
10.       Lost or missing room keys will cost $10.00.

POOL
1.         Children 15 and under must be supervised by an adult at all times.
2.         No Life Guard is on duty. Swimmers must be able to swim.
3.         Pool hours are: 10:00AM to 6:00PM
4.         No splashing other guests in the pool.
5.         No jumping into the pool.
6.         No diving into the pool is allowed.

RESTROOMS/BATH HOUSE/LAUNDRY
1.         Do not flush sanitary products down toilet.
2.         Clean up after yourself.
3.         Laundry room is closed periodically for water conservation.

ATV’s
1.         ATV’s are not allowed to operate on Echo Basin Ranch property. ATV’s may enter and
            Exit the ranch at 5 MPH when commuting to the National Forest Trail System.
